Responsibilities:
- Client Strategy & Performance: Lead and optimize multi-channel PPC campaigns, driving tangible business results.
- Client Collaboration: Guide client onboarding, ensuring their needs align with our strategies. Provide clear, actionable performance insights.
- Campaign Optimization: Audit, analyze, and enhance PPC accounts with best practices for budget allocation, bidding strategies, creative, and conversion improvements.
- Innovation & Leadership: Propose strategic ideas, implement new approaches, and contribute to our knowledge-sharing culture.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Support sales and client retention efforts by delivering strategic recommendations backed by data.

- Client performance metrics improvement (% of KPIs achieved per client).
- High Customer Health Score (CHS) on monthly surveys.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.), with a proven track record of campaign success.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, campaign optimization expertise, and excellent communication skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with performance measurement tools (Google Analytics, GA4, conversion tracking, Tag Manager).
