We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist to take ownership of AI-driven workflows, automation, and scalable solutions for both internal operations and client projects.

Responsibilities:
- Design and Build Automation Workflows:
Develop, implement, and optimize AI-powered automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make.com, and custom APIs. - AI System Development:
Design and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models and other AI-driven systems for knowledge management, personalization, and process automation. - System Integration & Process Automation:
Connect various platforms, tools, and data sources (e.g., CRMs, ad platforms, databases) through seamless automation. - Custom Client Solutions:
Collaborate with clients to assess their business needs and deliver tailored automation strategies that enhance productivity and reduce manual efforts. - Innovation & Scalability:
Continuously research and implement new AI technologies, ensuring automation workflows remain efficient, scalable, and up-to-date. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other teams (e.g., PPC, Analytics, Development) to integrate automation solutions into larger projects and campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience:
2+ years of experience in automation, AI systems, or related fields, with expertise in tools like n8n, Make.com, or similar platforms. - Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of API integration, workflow automation, and AI tools like OpenAI, LLM-based systems, and RAG architecture.
- Experience with webhooks, custom scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript), and data processing tools.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify inefficiencies and develop scalable automation solutions to solve business challenges. - Mindset:
- Passion for continuous learning in AI and automation technologies.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
